Processing Times

Orders are processed and prepared on business days. Many orders ship the same day or the following business day, but during peak periods the processing time may be longer. The maximum processing time is up to 7 business days.

Custom Slime Processing

All custom slimes are handmade to order. Due to the extra time required for customization, please allow additional business days for processing and creation.

Packaging

Branded boxes are used for most shipments. If a discrete shipment is required, please indicate this when ordering at buyslimeshop.com.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once an order has shipped after processing. Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that estimated transit times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot be responsible for orders with missing or incorrect address information. If the address is entered incorrectly, the package may not arrive. If an order has not shipped yet, contact buyslimeshop.com to update the address.

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused cannot be refunded.
