Return & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept order cancellations.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or missing from your order. We do not provide refunds for personal preferences regarding slime texture, scent, or color. Requests must be made within 30 days of the order date. Detailed photos of both the shipping packaging and the product are required for all returns or claims. Failure to provide these will result in a denied request. Products must be returned in full to buyslimeshop.com for a refund or exchange to be issued.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days. Store credit will be issued via email immediately after a return has been processed. Refunds will be sent via email after processing and will reflect in your account within standard banking hours.

In rare cases where an order was placed by mistake or by a minor, returns will only be accepted if the items are unused and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Allergies & Warnings

Recommended for ages 13 and up. Keep out of reach of small children. Supervision is advised.

Do not purchase if you may be allergic to any of the following: borax, glue, soap, lotion, or scented oils.
